Can you work within my budget?
Yes! We work with clients that have a wide range of budgets, and you’ll get a better idea of budget over on the contact page. Book a Discovery Call with us and we’d be happy to discuss your project.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT THIS WILL COST?
During your Discovery Call, we always discuss the budget you have in mind and what similar projects in the area are. We go into more discussion about your scope of work, requirements, and priorities during your Essential Consultation. At the consultation, we provide a design fee for the scope of work we discussed. We create a preliminary budget at Step 4 of our process, considering the initial construction and material estimates.
HOW LONG WILL THE PROJECT TAKE TO COMPLETE?
We usually expect to be working with you on your project from about 6 months for small furnishings projects to two years for larger whole house remodels or new build projects. *COVID note: supply chain, pandemic, and labor disruptions have extended this time frame
HOW DO YOU WORK?
At a macro level, we take clients through design and then implementation.
From there, we've broken it down into four phases: project kick-off, design; then we move into procurement, construction, and project management, and lastly, completion. All of these steps are broken down further into our Sweet Sixteen Project Management Process. Internally, we have at least a hundred behind the scenes tasks and steps that we take into account. We go to this length because we love working with our clients and know they are super busy with their own lives running companies, launching projects, and caring for family. We take the myriad decisions, endless checklists, and things to track off your plate.

Yes! We have preferred contractors and tradespeople we enjoy working with.
WHAT LOCATIONS WILL YOU TAKE PROJECTS?
We are based in the Washington, DC area, but have and will work on projects located anywhere in North America. We are happy to hop on a plane to see your space or can easily work on your home remotely!
