Summer heated up fast with many homes on the market in the Northern Virginia area. Thankfully the weather didn’t keep up the same pace! This made moving furniture and art in mild temperatures quite a joy! This unoccupied house needed to be turned around very quickly to be put on the market. We were able to go from contract to fully staged in four days. The client’s budget and his knowledge that staging is a tool to sell the property, we concentrated the staging in several rooms instead of the full 6,000 square feet. Since the property was 50 miles from the office, we prepared a comprehensive list of every item to go into the space ahead of time; we didn’t want to forget one thing!
