DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP LOCATION?

No, we do not have a physical shop with product to browse. You can browse our collections right here from wherever you are.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Simply add the products you like to your cart, select standard or white glove delivery, continue to payment options, and submit. You will be updated by email on the status of your order. If you create an account when you are checking out, you will be able to login to check the status of your order.

WHO IS SIDEDOOR?

SideDoor is our partner in the fulfillment of anything your order from our shop. They take of your orders and manage the shipping and delivery logistics from the manufacturer to your home.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY?

We are not able to take returns, cancellations, or exchanges since items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. All sales are final, with the exception of items that have been damaged during shipping. You will want to inspect all items upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, contact SideDoor customer service and copy Lush Interior Design and they will help arrange repair or replacement of the item. All claims must be reported to SideDoor within 48 hours of delivery.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Each item shows if it is in stock or if there will be a lead time. You will receive email updating you on the progress of your order. The local delivery team will call you to schedule delivery to your home.

Where will my items be placed once they arrive?

If you select standard delivery (included), items will be delivered to the closest dry area. If you would like delivery personnel to bring your items inside of your home and to remove packaging and place of your item in a specific location, you will want “White Glove” delivery. Make this selection when you checkout. For large items, you will want White Glove delivery for the best experience.
